After a comedy with Will Ferrel,Mark Walhberg knew he had to get back to some serious bussiness.What's more serious then a True Story.Mark Walhberg is one of my favorite actor,for me,he proved he was a great many times already.So when I saw the trailer of this movie,I was so happy.Mark Walhberg Christian Bale,what do you want more,what do you need more ?Nothing.A great combo,so I knew I needed to see how this movie was going to end up.
The Actors:Mark Wahlberg playing Mickey Ward,the main character of the story.Like I said I am a great Mark Wahlberg fan,and once again he proves me that I have to stay his fan.This guy is a great actor,no flaws whatsoever.You can just watch his performance without ever getting tired.I liked him so much,at the end I wasn't cheering,in my head of course,for Mickey Ward,but I was cheering for Mark Walhberg.And people I am not gay,but you can't deny that Mark Walhberg had those amazing 6 packs,not to present,not to absent.Next up,Christian Bale !!What do you need to say for this guy!He is talent!He knows how to act in front of the camera,never dissapointed by one of his performance and of course,not disappointed for this one.It is not easy acting as a crack addict,but christian bale does it perfeclty,does it on point.Like he was truly himself the crack addict.Amy Adams is not one of my best female actress but she did an amazing job acting with those great,the emotions,the body was here.Those were the principal characters,helped by many other people that were great.
The Plot:True Story of a boxer.
The Directing:The directing was great.The movie was so smooth,you didn't see the time pass by.I never got tired of watching the movie and that's what made it great.The fight were amazing with some little effects here and there to make it seem more real.You could feel the hit because they directing was so great.
All Of It:I was dissapointed that the movie wasn't full,only because it was shadowed by TRON.I give this movie an 8.5/10.There wasn't too much wows and wouhs,but the acting was there and that's what made the movie.If you are not in the theater to see the talent,then do not go see this movie.If you wish to see art at its finest,go see the movie.Nothing more to say !
