When I first saw the trailer,I knew I would be sitting in the theater watching that movie and that movie was Gamer.The new movie with main character Gerard Butler.This guy has been in movies non-stop,anyway back to my original subject.Yeah,Gamer the new action movie by Mark Neveldine & Brian Taylor (who directed Crank).
The Actors:So like I said Gerard Butler plays the main character and I think this guy is a good actor,I've never personally hated a movie where he is the main character.We got Michael C. Hall has the bad guy.I hate his face,not who he is but he just has the face of somebody you want to slap.Yeah,he did a good job.The rest were just appearance here and there,nothing to major,like Ludacris who appeared two or three times.
The Plot:Well the plot is,in the near future the video games character will be real humans.That's basically the plot.Now for more details,go watch the movie.
The Directing:People are gonna say if you like the directing in Crank,you're gonna like it in this one.Me I say no,because in Crank everything happens during the days,so we can clearly see.But in Gamer,most of the actions are in dark place so sometimes it gets annoying the quick camera editing and all that.But the rest is all good.
All Of It:I give it a 7.5/10.I was expecting something,not to high,but better.With more crazy action stunts.This was just people killing people,nothing new or special.The start of the story was good but the end came too quickly.And I must warn you,there is not a lot of sex but a lot of nudity so don't bring children.RENT
