I saw Date Night,2 hours ago.Everybody knows Steve Carell from The Office and everybody knows Tyna Fey from either SNL or 30 Rock.Too great tv show actors but do they fit well on a movie.?
The Actors :I think that Steve Carell is an hilarious actor on The Office but does really poor in movies unless he is not the main actor.But on this movie,I was not disappointed by him.I think that Tyna Fey is also hilarious on 30 Rock!I love her,I love her normal/plain style and she is not hard to look at.I think she was also great in this movie,wouldn't chose someone else to play her role.They did a married to couple perfectly !I enjoyed their chemistry.
The Plot :A couple want to have fun on their date night,so they decide to go to a high price/reserve one month in advance type of restaurant.But without having them reserved a table.They took the table of an other couple!After that,their night get crazy because they are being chase by people who think,they are people that they aren't.
The Directing:The movie was great,nothing to complain on the directing lol.
All Of It:I give this moment a 7.3/10 because...the comedy were mostly on the lines,not on the acting !Except some parts where the actors faces were just priceless.But if you want to relax on a saturday night at home,go RENT this dvd !
